Preventing 10 to 18 from taking their first cigarette can kill the cigarette industry in just 40 years.
Give your 10 year old $500, go to your bank and put it into a saving account in your name with your promise to sign it over to him/her when they are 18 if they never smoke a single cigarette.
The 10 year old will take money before the first cigarette and the 18 year old is too smart to start.
